Important Considerations:

• Premium Adventure Package: Quad bike drivers must be at least 16 years old.
• Age Limit: Minimum age to participate is 5 years; maximum is 70 years.
• Physical Fitness: Participants must be moderately fit and able to enter and exit the balloon basket unassisted.
• Pregnancy Restriction: Pregnant women are not allowed to join for safety reasons.
• Weight Limit: Passengers over 119 kg (260 lbs) need to book an additional seat.
• Health Restrictions: Not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, severe knee or back issues, recent surgery, or fear of heights.
• Weather Conditions: Flights may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather for safety.
• Documentation: A valid passport copy with weights for each passenger is required at booking, in accordance with Gulf Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
• Vintage Car Package: A minimum of 2 passengers are needed.
